Currently due to the pandemic Dr. Hundley is meeting with patients via Telehealth. He maintains office hours Monday through Thursday and sees patients by appointment only.

The initial appointment is scheduled for 1 hour and 15 minutes.  
Follow-up appointments for psychotherapy are scheduled for 45 minutes and appointments for medication monitoring are scheduled for 25-30 minutes. Dr. Hundley begins and ends each appointment on time. 

If the initial appointment is not kept or is cancelled less than 48 hours before, there will be a charge for rescheduling the appointment. For those patients who begin psychotherapy, 45 minute sessions will be scheduled on a regular basis.  The patient is responsible for payment for the time reserved unless Dr. Hundley is made aware of the cancellation and is able to fill that reserved time.  Patients who are seen for medication follow-up are scheduled for 30 minute sessions. If a patient does not keep that appointment or cancels less than 48 hours, a charge will  be incurred. If the need to reschedule a session arises, the sooner Dr. Hundley is aware of the need the more likely it can be filled. 

Payment in full is due at the time of each appointment. Checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard, are accepted. Dr. Hundley is not a provider for any insurance plans but if you wish to use insurance benefits and have out of network coverage, a “superbill” will be provided that you may submit for reimbursement. The amount of any reimbursement will depend on your insurance plan.  Dr. Hundley has opted out of Medicare; therefore, he does not accept Medicare payments and patients may not bill Medicare for his services. 

Dr. Hundley has a confidential voicemail system.  Messages will generally be returned the same day except on Fridays when non-emergent messages will be returned on Monday.  Dr. Hundley is also available for urgent messages through his mobile phone, the number of which is provided on his voice mail message; however, he requests that you limit these calls to urgent matters only that cannot wait until your scheduled appointment.
